Our workshops are all ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified. Based on the requirements of the Australian and International Standards, we developed our Extensive Quality Control System (EQCS), which provides a comprehensive framework for our quality systems and processes. We integrate EQCS in to project management plan for individual construction and engineering projects to help us identify risk areas and to eliminate or manager these risks to ensure we are able to deliver excellent products and services on a consistent basis.

STEELLEX workshops are well-equipped with a vast array of mechanical inspection instruments and non-destructive examination to equipment to implement comprehensive test plans. Our quality department is staffed with experience fabrication inspectors, certified welding inspectors and NDT personnel.

3RD PARTY QA PROCESS
STEELLEX engage 3rd party organization to verify and conduct testing on regular base as per relevant standards. All 3rd parties are accredited by NATA or ILAC organization, and all test results are certified to comply with Australian Standard.
