Based on the requirements of the Australian and International Standards, we developed our Extensive Quality Control System (EQCS), which provides a comprehensive framework for our quality systems and processes. We integrate EQCS in to project management plan for individual construction and engineering projects to help us identify risk areas and to eliminate or manager these risks to ensure we are able to deliver excellent products and services on a consistent basis.
